CANCELLATION POLICY: 7- day cancellation policy for boardings that exceed one week of care, 48-hour cancellation policy for boardings totaling 7 days or less. A 48-hour cancellation policy is also in place for all drop-in, and walk appointments. If your reservation is not cancelled prior to your scheduled arrival date or booking date, a 50% cancellation fee will be due for the entire service amount.
